What time are the wedding events?
The wedding is on Saturday, May 16th at 4pm.
More schedule details coming soon!
What's the wedding dress code?
Our recommendation is dressy casual. It will be warm, so dress cool - we want you to be comfortable! Khaki slacks, dress shorts, linen shirts, polos, or a sundress would all be appropriate.
Should I bring a gift?
Your presence is our present! We know this is a big trip, and we're grateful you're coming, so we're asking for no gifts please.
What are the details for the bachelorette party?
Details coming soon
What are the check-in and check-out times at the resort?
Check-in time is after 3 PM. Check-out time is usually at 12 PM. If you arrive early or if your room is not ready when you arrive, the front desk will store your luggage and deliver it to your room when it’s available.
Tip! Pack a change of clothes or your swimsuit in your carry-on for quick access. You can head to the beach or pool to begin enjoying your vacation right away.
What if I run into problems while traveling?
If you run into any issues while you're traveling or when you arrive, call our wedding team. If your name is spelled wrong on your travel documents, you miss your flight, there's an issue with your room, or anything else that may come on the day of your travel, they are there for you! Their travel partners have 24/7 help desks, and the phone number is listed on your travel documents. Or feel free to reach out to our dedicated Group Manager directly:
Her name is Heather Gamble, and she can be reached by phone at

Should I tip?
Even though tips are technically included, we recommend bringing small bills (1's and 5's) to use for tipping here and there. Resort employees work hard and appreciate tips for excellent service. Your transfer driver is not a resort employee and may expect a tip. Do what you’re comfortable with and in response to the service you receive.
Tip! We usually plan about $20 per person, per day for tips. Remember to bring small bills.
Do I need to get Mexican currency?
You don't need to exchange currency, as American dollars are widely accepted in Mexico.
Do I need an outlet adapter or an electrical converter?
Standard US outlets are used. No converter is necessary.
Can I drink the water?
The resort filters its water. However, we recommend only using bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth. The resort will serve bottled water in all of the restaurants even though the water may be poured from a pitcher.
Tip! Place a hand towel over the faucet while brushing your teeth. This will remind you not to rinse your toothbrush in the sink. Be sure to have bottled water handy by the sink.
What if I need to make a change to my reservation?
Revisions include a change of travel date (but still must be traveling over the wedding date), room occupancy, or room category. Revisions are subject to current resort availability and rates. The room block closes 45 days before travel. Revisions are not allowed after the room block is closed. Please contact your agent to inquire about any changes.
What if I need help with my booking?
Reach out to our wedding team! Our dedicated group manager is Heather Gamble, and she can be reached at 507-237-6156 or Heather@RomanceTravelGroup.com
Does the resort have a dress code?
The resort has no dress code, but some of the restaurants where you can make dinner reservations may have a dress code. You can choose to make dinner reservations if you want to when you arrive! Long pants or closed-toe shoes may be required in some restaurants. Shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts or sneakers may not be allowed. Capris, sundresses, and slacks are all acceptable.
Tip! Pack a light sweater for evenings as the air conditioning can be chilly.
