How do I RSVP?
Your room deposit is your RSVP! When you make the $400 deposit to the hold the room, we'll know you're planning to attend the wedding! Please book by clicking the "Book your room" link on this site. That will take you to the booking page with our wedding agents, and you can reserve your room there.
How do I let you know if I can’t make it?
We’re bummed you can’t make it! Please text 419-351-3670 to let us know as soon as possible. This is very helpful for planning purposes.
What’s included in the cost?
This is an all-inclusive, so your room, food, drinks, and round-trip transportation to and from the airport in Cancun are all included. Flights are not included.
When are payments due?
The $400 deposit is required before the RSVP deadline to book your room. After that, the final payment is due by January 22, 2026.
Are kids invited?
Due to space limitations, the wedding will be an adults only event. That being said, the resort is family-friendly! If you choose to bring your kids, be sure to BYOB (bring your own babysitter!) for the wedding events.
What if I’m booking my room for multiple people, but we’re not all attending the wedding?
Please let the agent know in the notes when you book! That will help us maintain an accurate count for the wedding events.
Can I stay at a different resort?
We chose a destination wedding because we want to spend quality time with the people in our lives that mean the most to us. So, we would love for you to stay at the resort where we're staying! That said, there are circumstances when a guest can't stay at the wedding resort. The resort charges around $100 - $200 per person for outside guests to enter the resort for the wedding events only (strict entry and departure times are followed.) There are limits on the number of guests who can stay at an outside resort. Before you book, please reach out to us to make sure that we will be able to accommodate you if you stay elsewhere!
What if I find a cheaper price online?
Our wedding agents worked hard on getting us the best prices possible. If you see a less expensive price for the exact package - dates, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc - give them the opportunity to see if they can get the same price. Usually online prices are lacking something, like transfers or taxes. Please let them know which website you are looking at, and send them a screenshot of the flights, hotel room, and dates so they can recreate it. Does the resort require a minimum 4-night stay?
The resort previously required a 4-night stay, but they recently changed the minimum to 3 nights. Check in with the wedding team if you're interested in 3-night pricing.
What's the dress code?
Our recommendation is dressy casual. It will be warm, so dress cool - we want you to be comfortable! Khaki slacks, dress shorts, linen shirts, or a sundress would all be appropriate.
Should I bring a gift?
Your presence is our present! We know this is a big trip, and we're grateful you're coming, so we're asking for no gifts please.

What if I run into problems while traveling?
If you run into any issues while you're traveling or when you arrive, call our wedding team. If your name is spelled wrong on your travel documents, you miss your flight, there's an issue with your room, or anything else that may come on the day of your travel, they are there for you!
